Shipments

"Cooing Cooing" collaborates closely with Australia Post to ensure prompt delivery of your parcel.

Every item is dispatched within 5 business days from our location in Sydney, NSW.

We provide the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Parcel Post
  2. Express Post
  3. Standard Parcel Post with a signature requirement for receipt
  4. Express Post with a tracking number
  5. Other delivery agents like DHL and FedEx, subject to our agreement.

Upon processing/printing of your order and readiness for shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Standard shipping : 7-10 within Australia.
Express shipping : 1-3 within Australia.
International shipping : Available for select countries; rates and delivery times vary

In case of absence during delivery and if the driver deems it unsafe to leave the item, a card will be left for collection at your local post office. Specific delivery instructions can be entered during checkout.

During peak periods such as Christmas and back-to-school, processing times may extend. Express post speeds up postage but not order processing. Thank you for your patience.

For added security, Signature on Delivery can be selected for $2.95 during checkout, ensuring proof of receipt by the correct person.

If your order is time-sensitive, opt for Express Post at checkout or contact us for assistance.

All orders are packed securely and shipped with tracking numbers. You'll receive a dispatch notification to track your delivery.

Shipping estimates are based on information from courier companies like Australia Post and may vary.

Incorrect delivery addresses, returned, or undeliverable parcels will incur standard shipping rates for redelivery. International shipping is available, with rates calculated before checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Refunds are not provided for duties paid upon receipt and change of mind.
